Envisioning Future Development
Recently, the company organized onboarding training and three-level safety education (including the QES management system) for new employees. Aiming to help new staff comprehensively understand the company, integrate into team roles quickly and smoothly transition from "new employees" to "team members".
The training content was systematically designed with clear priorities, covering the company's development history, core values and corporate culture, organizational structure and rules/regulations, job responsibilities, and key points of professional skills. Simultaneously, the training focused heavily on three-level safety education, providing in-depth explanations of laws and regulations on work safety, standard operating procedures for job safety, risk identification and prevention measures, as well as the basic requirements and practical applications of the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (QES) management system. This effectively strengthened new employees' safety and compliance awareness.
Through a combination of centralized lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions, new employees gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's management philosophy, institutional requirements, and their own job responsibilities, successfully passing the training assessment. Moving forward, the company will continue to improve its employee training and talent development system, constantly enriching training content and formats. This will create favorable conditions for employee growth and capability enhancement, continuously solidifying the talent foundation for the company's high-quality development.
