1. Bachelor's degree or above; no major restrictions; majors in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience; prior experience in chemical industry, industrial solvents, or environmental services is preferred.
3. Familiarity with application scenarios, technical features, and market demands of desulfurization/decarbonization solvents or other industrial solvents; knowledge of industry policies, regulations, and standards is a plus.
4. Excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities; strong capability in market expansion and customer development; able to quickly establish and maintain cooperative relationships.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and stress-resistance skills; capable of efficiently collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

1. Automation Control System Design & Development
a. Responsible for designing PLC control system solutions in industrial automation projects, including hardware selection (PLC modules, sensors, drives, etc.), electrical schematic drawing, and control system architecture planning.
b. Develop PLC control programs (Ladder Diagram, Structured Text/ST, SCL, etc.) based on project requirements to implement logic control, data acquisition, interlocking functions, ensuring compliance with industrial control standards and safety requirements.
2. Programming & Debugging
a. Proficient in mainstream PLC programming software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GX Works, Omron CX-Programmer), capable of independently completing program development, simulation testing, and on-site debugging to resolve logical errors and compatibility issues during operation.
b. Develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, KingView) to enable equipment status monitoring, data visualization, and fault early-warning functions.
3.On-site Technical Support & Maintenance
a. Participate in on-site installation, wiring guidance, and system commissioning of automation equipment to ensure operating parameters meet process requirements.
b. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of commissioned equipment; develop maintenance plans and optimize control programs to enhance equipment stability and production efficiency.
4. Technical Documentation & Collaboration
a. Prepare project-related technical documents (programming manuals, commissioning reports, operation manuals, etc.) to ensure standardization and completeness.
b. Collaborate with mechanical design, software R&D, procurement, and other departments to provide electrical technical support and participate in project requirement reviews and solution optimization.
Core Skill Requirements
1. PLC Technical Capability
a.Proficient in at least one mainstream PLC brand (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, Rockwell, etc.), familiar with their hardware architecture, communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.), and programming logic.
b. Experience in developing complex logic control programs, including multi-axis motion control, process control, safety interlock systems; capable of independently completing I/O allocation, function block encapsulation, and modular program design.
2.Electrical Design & Tool Application
a. Familiar with electrical schematic design standards; proficient in using tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical for drawing design.
b. Familiar with low-voltage power distribution systems, motor control circuits, sensor selection (e.g., encoders, VFDs, servo drives), and industrial network architectures.
3. Industry Knowledge & Standards
a. Understand control requirements in industrial automation, intelligent manufacturing, and energy equipment (e.g., photovoltaics, energy storage); familiar with electrical safety standards such as GB and IEC.
b. Proficient in common debugging tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, programming cables, etc.) and fieldbus debugging methods.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Project Experience
a. Independently undertook the design, implementation, and delivery of complete PLC control system projects.
b. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the industrial automation field is preferred.
2. Education & Certifications
a. bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments, or related fields.
b. Holding certifications such as Electrician License, Registered Electrical Engineer (Power Transmission/Distribution), or PLC Engineer Certification (e.g., Siemens Certified) is preferred.

Participate in the design of new projects and new products; organize and implement related experiments to provide data support for product upgrades and optimization.
3. Customer Requirement Response
Develop customized technical solutions based on customer operating conditions and requirements; collect and organize application data of products at customer sites, generate analysis reports to provide decision-making references for both customers and the company.
4. Plant Commissioning & On-site Service
Provide commissioning technical support and analytical method guidance during the startup phase of customer's new facilities; promptly resolve practical issues encountered during operation.
5. Industry Information Collection & Frontier Tracking
Continuously monitor industry technological developments; collect and analyze the latest technical trends within the industry to help the company maintain competitiveness in cutting-edge applications.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
2. Proficient in using MS Office and CAD software; possess strong documentation writing skills and basic data analysis capabilities.
