Product Overview

JC-01 is a composite amine desulfurization solvent independently developed by NENGJING, with MDEA (Methyldiethanolamine) as the primary component. Due to its low energy consumption and high selectivity for H₂S, MDEA has been widely adopted as a next-generation standard desulfurization solvent, replacing traditional solvents. JC-01 overcomes common drawbacks of conventional solvents, such as carbon steel corrosion and solution degradation, delivering more stable and long-term desulfurization performance.

Application Recommendations

JC-01 is suitable for processes including low-BTU gas desulfurization, Claus feed gas enrichment, and SCOT (Shell Claus Off-gas Treating) tail gas treatment. It serves a wide range of desulfurization scenarios, including but not limited to:

Safety Instructions

Packaging

This product is packaged in IBC totes, available in specifications of 200 kg or 1000 kg per tote.

Storage

Store in a cool, well-ventilated area and keep containers sealed. The shelf life is 18 months.
