KG-300 is a self-designed and manufactured experimental acid gas removal device, mainly used for the separation of CO2 and sulfur gases in complex gas mixtures. The device has a gas processing capacity of 300 m³/h and employs an absorption process. The system integrates core functional units such as pre-treatment, measurement, detection, absorption, and desorption, and is available in both atmospheric and pressurized configurations. The entire system is designed as a modular assembly, making it easy to quickly deploy and operate in the field. It is suitable for process validation, pilot-scale research, and new solvent performance evaluation scenarios.
