To ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the LNG station, improve amine solution efficiency, and solidify the safety foundation of unit operations, our company dispatched a professional technical team. Combining with the actual on-site conditions of the client, the team brought self-equipped facilities including air compressor skids, deionized water skids, and QY-IE Ion Exchange Purification Equipment to carry out specialized amine solution purification services at an LNG station in Guang'an. The project ran from late November to late December. During the continuous operation, the purification system operated steadily with controlled parameters, yielding significant results: the chloride ion content in the amine solution dropped from the original 14,000 ppm to 470 ppm, achieving a 97% removal rate. All key indicators met and exceeded operational requirements.

During implementation, relying on solid technical reserves and rich practical experience, the project team precisely controlled purification process parameters and fully leveraged the technical advantages of advanced purification equipment. They conducted systematic and deep treatment of the amine solution, effectively removing solid impurities, chloride ions, degradation products, and other various contaminants. This significantly reduced the corrosion risk posed by chloride ions to the unit equipment and fully restored the performance of the amine solution.

The successful completion of this specialized amine purification work not only fully demonstrates our company's professional technical strength in the fields of gas purification and amine operation management but also highlights our comprehensive service capabilities in rapid response, customized implementation, and efficiently solving practical problems under complex on-site conditions. The successful application of self-equipped facilities effectively broke through the constraints of on-site basic conditions, further enhancing the flexibility and autonomy of specialized services, and accumulating valuable experience for future multi-regional and off-site technical services.
