Beijing Dewell Oil & Gas Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC), which belongs to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC Group). The company is mainly engaged in oil and gas technology development and the supply of related equipment.

The cooperative project is located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. During the project implementation, NENGJING's independently developed JC Series Solvents will be applied to two sets of coalbed methane decarbonization units, providing efficient and reliable CO₂ capture solutions for the long-term stable operation of the facilities. This cooperation will further deepen the synergy and exchange between NENGJING and CPECC (Beijing) in the field of oil and gas purification, expand their cooperation in related technologies and engineering applications, and jointly contribute to the green, clean, and high-quality development of the energy industry.
