Recently, NENGJING Technology dispatched a team of technical experts to a customer's production site to conduct a two-week special training program for the newly delivered, customized QY-IE 5000 solution purification equipment. The training covered essential topics including basic equipment theory, operational procedures, and daily maintenance. The program received high praise from the customer and further strengthened NENGJING's technical service capabilities in the gas purification sector.

During the training, NENGJING's technical experts delivered systematic presentations on core topics such as the formation mechanism of heat-stable salts (HSS) in amine solutions, the hazards these salts pose to desulfurization and decarbonization systems, ion exchange purification principles, skid-mounted equipment process flows, and critical control parameters. At the same time, the team provided practical guidance on startup preparation, operational adjustments, resin regeneration procedures, and common troubleshooting techniques. The customer organized key personnel from engineering and operations to participate. By combining classroom lectures with on-site demonstrations, the program enabled participants to master standardized operations and routine maintenance, establishing a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

NENGJING's independently developed QY series solution purification equipment features an integrated, skid-mounted design that allows for highly efficient deployment and installation. The system integrates automated controls to ensure simple operation and a highly intuitive user interface. It effectively removes accumulated heat-stable salts such as formates, acetates, and sulfates from amine solutions. This process significantly reduces corrosion risks, mitigates amine foaming issues, restores the absorption performance of the amine solution, and extends its overall service life.
