Systematic Training Empowers Efficient Operations: NENGJING Orderly Carries Out Purification Equipment Commissioning and Training Services

The NENGJING technical team conducted commissioning and training services for the owner's online solution purification equipment. The equipment has demonstrated significant operational results and has received high recognition from the owner.

Recently, our company's technical team traveled to an enterprise in Yunnan to provide services including the delivery of purification equipment, on-site commissioning, and operational training, with a total service cycle expected to last approximately three weeks. The delivered purification equipment was custom-designed based on the owner's specific operating conditions, focusing on reducing the content of heat-stable salts in the amine solution system, thereby comprehensively improving the purification efficiency, operational stability, and system lifespan.


During the project implementation, our company responded to all client requirements and meticulously executed key stages including scheme design, manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning, and preliminary operation and maintenance. Following continuous commissioning and operational verification, all performance indicators of the equipment met the design standards. The content of heat-stable salts in the amine solution decreased significantly, amine purity improved markedly, and the system operated stably and reliably. The overall purification effect received full affirmation from the client.

While advancing equipment commissioning, the technical team simultaneously organized systematic and targeted training on operation and maintenance. Combining theoretical instructions with on-site practical demonstrations, we introduced the equipment’s working principles, operating procedures, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting to the client's operators, ensuring they can independently and standardly manage the equipment—laying a solid foundation for long-term stable operation.
