On August 5, 2025, with the final set of data for the solution of the 500,000 m³/d LNG decarbonization unit at Sentai in Junlian, Sichuan, passing verification, NENGJING successfully completed the online emergency purification task for this unit in just 10 days. Consequently, the unit has fully resumed safe and stable operation, once again demonstrating NENGJING's dual strength in both technology and efficiency.
        

Since March of this year, our technical team has been closely monitoring the condition of the decarbonization solution at Junlian Sentai. Due to contaminants such as chloride ions introduced by upstream feed gas, the amine solution in the unit had progressively darkened in color, exhibited an increased foaming tendency, and posed corrosion risks to equipment, directly threatening the safe and stable operation of the facility.

Upon receiving the client's request for purification, NENGJING rapidly deployed its QY-IE 500 Ion Purification Equipment to the site. Following a comprehensive risk assessment, the team determined to adopt an online purification scheme. Continuous operations were carried out from July 25 to August 5, ensuring the unit remained operational throughout the process. During the purification period, the system operated smoothly, and key indicators of the solution improved significantly:
